Tonja Maple lives in New Port Richey with her husband and their two four legged kids, Cash (Pointador) and Luka (Chipit). She has a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from University of South Florida (Go Bulls!!), works for a healthcare company in Tampa, and is a notary public. Tonja's interests include running, Starbucks, karaoke, and reading.
Smitty (aka Diane Smith) has lived in New Port Richey for 39 years and raised her two children here who are Gulf High School Alumni. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and her MBA from St. Leo University. She works for an attorney’s office in New Port Richey and is a Notary. Her interests are fixing up her new home in downtown NPR, tooling around town in her golf cart and working on her vegetable garden. Being a member of the Krewe of Chasco for over 14 years she is very proud of the direction the Krewe is going and it’s continued involvement in the community.
Jeanne is in her third season with the Krewe. She has been married to John for 35 years and has a son, John, daughter-in-law Ashley and two wonderful grandchildren. The family Shih Tzu, Holly rounds out the family nicely. Jeanne has an MBA from St. Leo University and has retired from USAA as an Operations Manager. She volunteers for SHINE through the Area Agency on Aging which keeps her plenty busy. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Jeff joined Krewe of Chasco about four season ago after his daughter, Kendyl, participated in the Gasparilla Children's Parade. Jeff and Kristen have been together for 12 years after originally knowing each other during middle and high school. Besides Kendyl, Jeff and Kristen have five dogs and two cats who rule their home. Jeff joined the Army right out of high school and is very proud to have followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather in that regard. Jeff is currently coaching Kendyl's tackle football team. Jeff and his family love all things Tampa Bay sports and enjoying the water when not busy with Krewe activities.
Maria Hindman is one of the hardest working people you'll ever meet. Her day job is owning and running a demolishing company out of Spring Hill, FL. Her passion is her family and her three grandkids.
Josh has been with the krewe for a few years and bring a wealth of knowledge to help support the float team with setup, teardown and maintenance. Josh is active coaching football with his son's league and taking care of the family's French Bulldogs. Josh also has the best beard in the Krewe. For Josh's other hobbies, see Missy's bio below.
Denise came to the krewe with experience in other krewes here in Tampa and is constantly helping us improve what we do. During the day she works as an independent insurance agent but in her spare time she is involved in more charitable organizations than we can name here.
Missy recently celebrated almost forty trips around the sun. Missy's day job is a home healthcare nurse and her moonlighting varies by day between French Bulldogs, football mom, the krewe, body building contests, and just about anything else she can weasel her way into other people conversations and join. Missy's two sons are her life and with her, status tbd, partner Josh by her side she ready to take on the next forty trips around the sun.
